Dora Isbell: Founder of I AM Holistic Services LLC
Dora Isbell believes that modern lifestyles often overstimulate the nervous system. Her nearly ten years as a reflexologist has brought an understanding to the importance of balance in her life.
As both a Reflexologist and Yoga Instructor, Dora teaches clients to listen to their bodies by guiding them to welcome stillness and with intentionality bring the mind to the physical sensations of the body. She strives to integrate body, mind, and soul while embracing lifelong learning. Her passion is to share her journey and foster a sense of community by inviting others to do the same.
Certifications & Training
Dora is a bilingual, certified hand and foot Reflexologist through the Branch Institute in Okemos, MI. She studied ear reflexology at the Canadian Reflexology School and trained in Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage under British researcher and author Sally Kay.
She holds a Master Instructor IET practitioner certification and is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, certified through Manifested Harmony in Lansing, MI. Dora deepened her understanding of the emotional, energetic, and physical connection through a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Allie Van Fossen. This training, offered through Allie's Body Mind Soul studio, is certified by Yoga Alliance.

Hypnosis & Past Life Regression
Durinda is a certified hypnotist specializing in Past Life Regression (PLR), a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to help individuals access memories of past lives. PLR can provide insight into the origins of current traits and behaviors, helping individuals improve their present lives. By activating the subconscious mind, clients can access previous experiences and emotions. Durinda also offers hypnosis for smoking cessation.

Mary Ablao is an artist and the owner of Studio Retreat—a space where self-expression, creativity, and color come together to support your personal growth. She earned a degree in Art and Creative Art Therapy from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, and holds dual majors in Psychology and Art from Michigan State University. Mary is also certified in Integral Sound Healing Level 1 by The Sound Academy International, based at their Sarasota, Florida campus. This training allows her to offer a unique approach to wellness through sound baths and energy healing, helping individuals release tension and restore balance.

For over two decades, Tess has been a freelance performer, flute instructor, and clinician in the mid-Michigan area.
In 2004, she received a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Michigan State University where she completed a dissertation entitled Why Did It Sound Better in the Practice Room: A Guide to Music Performance Anxiety and How to Cope With it Through Journal Writing.
In order to maximize her enthusiasm, Tess Miller became a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and founded her seminar and coaching business, Wings Unfolded, LLC. In 2021, her first book, The Book of STUCK was published. This book came out of her passion for sharing her biggest life lesson learned: It’s okay to be STUCK, but you don’t have to stay there! Tess goal is to help others navigate their STUCK places through 1:1 coaching sessions and create a life that allows them to follow their enthusiasm.
