I AM. Yoga Studio
Our Yoga Journeys are classes rooted in three of the eight limbs of yoga, as outlined by Patanjali: Pratyahara (meditation), Pranayama (breathwork), and Asana (physical movement). We embrace this philosophy as a pathway for emotional, mental, and physical growth, guided by the following transformative formula:
Asana + Breath = Embodiment
Embodiment + Meditation = Self-Awareness
Self-Awareness + Journaling = An Opportunity for Personal Growth
A Yoga Journey is a series of weekly classes spanning 4 to 7 weeks, depending on the specific area of growth. Rooted in the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, each session integrates movement, breathwork, journaling prompts, and meditation—carefully designed to cultivate awareness. This awareness empowers you to make transformative choices within your mental, physical, and spiritual body, as well as in your surrounding environment.
We are deeply committed to inclusion, ensuring that our classes are accessible to everyone who is interested in the practice.
We love our community!

"I love that these journeys are pre-paid so I keep coming! Accountability! I love that each journey has a focus and a purpose. I love seeing and experiencing new poses and sequences. Grateful for Mary's bowl sounds to accompany the company! Grateful for the tribe."
Charlie
"I love the journeys; it helps me with so many areas of my life. To not only keep me focused at the physical but to also become aware of the things that are blocking my growth. I love IAM plus they never disappoint with any of the classes I have taken."

Join us for a gentle yet challenging class designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and soul through breath, movement, and meditation. Tailored for individuals with physical limitations, this class incorporates extensive use of props to support your practice. However, you are the one who, with compassion, self-awareness, and care, determines the depth of each pose.
We believe that strength looks different for everyone and that true growth comes from learning, accepting, and embracing gratitude for the body you have.
