Yoga Philosophy
Our yoga journeys are a group of classes based primarily in 3 of the 8 limbs of yoga according to Patanjali. Pratyahara ( meditation ), Pranayama ( breathing) and asana ( body movement). We believe in the practice of this philosophy is an opportunity for emotional, mental and physical growth following the following formula:
Asana + breath = embodiment
Embodiment + meditation = self awareness
Self awareness +Journaling = elevation or personal growth
Our journeys are targeted on a specific area of personal growth. The areas are based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. We strongly believe in inclusion, providing our classes for everyone who is interested in practice.
